Privacy at the Amorlit test

Who we are

Amorlit is an AI coach for intimacy and relationships, currently in testing. It's responsible for the data described here. Contact: hello@amorlit.com.

Your sessions

Your conversations and the coach's notes are saved only in your own browser, on your device. We don't keep a copy on our side unless you send feedback.
To write each reply, your messages are sent to Anthropic, the company that makes the AI. They aren't used to train the AI, and Anthropic deletes them after 30 days.

Feedback you send

If you send feedback after a session, it's stored with your conversation and your invite code, so we can improve the coach.
If you tick "Keep this session private from the Amorlit team", the team can't see your conversation: only Claude, the AI that helps build the coach, reads it.
Feedback is kept while the test runs and deleted when it ends. Ask us at any time and we'll delete yours sooner.

Session notes by email

If you ask for your session notes by email, we use your address only to send them. We don't keep it.
The email is written so it's safe if someone else sees it, but email is less private than the site. Only ask for it if you're comfortable with that.
Our email provider, Brevo, keeps a short log of emails it has sent, as all email services do.

Occasional updates (only if you agree)

If you tick the box for occasional updates, we keep your email address, your language, the date you agreed and the wording you agreed to. We don't link it to your invite code, your sessions or your notes.
We use it only to send occasional news about Amorlit. We never sell or share it.
We keep it until you unsubscribe. Every update has an unsubscribe link, or email hello@amorlit.com and we'll remove you.
We rely on your consent for this, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Services we use

Anthropic (USA): the AI that writes the coach's replies.
Vercel (USA): hosting the website.
Upstash (USA): storing feedback and the updates list.
Brevo (France): sending emails.

Some of these are in the USA, so your data may be processed there.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it or delete it, and to withdraw any consent. Email hello@amorlit.com. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in Germany, the data protection authority of your federal state.

Deine Sitzungen

Deine Gespräche und die Notizen des Coaches werden nur in deinem eigenen Browser auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Wir behalten keine Kopie, außer du schickst Feedback.
Damit jede Antwort geschrieben werden kann, werden deine Nachrichten an Anthropic gesendet, das Unternehmen hinter der KI. Sie werden nicht zum Training der KI genutzt, und Anthropic löscht sie nach 30 Tagen.

Feedback, das du schickst

Wenn du nach einer Sitzung Feedback schickst, wird es mit deinem Gespräch und deinem Einladungscode gespeichert, damit wir den Coach verbessern können.
Wenn du „Diese Sitzung vor dem Amorlit-Team privat halten“ ankreuzt, kann das Team dein Gespräch nicht sehen: Nur Claude, die KI, die beim Aufbau des Coaches hilft, liest es.
Feedback wird gespeichert, solange der Test läuft, und danach gelöscht. Auf Wunsch löschen wir deines jederzeit früher.

Sitzungsnotizen per E-Mail

Wenn du deine Sitzungsnotizen per E-Mail anforderst, nutzen wir deine Adresse nur zum Senden. Wir speichern sie nicht.
Die E-Mail ist so geschrieben, dass es kein Problem ist, wenn jemand anderes sie sieht, aber E-Mail ist weniger privat als die Website. Fordere sie nur an, wenn das für dich in Ordnung ist.
Unser E-Mail-Dienst Brevo führt, wie alle E-Mail-Dienste, ein kurzes Protokoll der gesendeten E-Mails.

Gelegentliche Neuigkeiten (nur mit deiner Zustimmung)

Wenn du das Kästchen für gelegentliche Neuigkeiten ankreuzt, speichern wir deine E-Mail-Adresse, deine Sprache, das Datum deiner Zustimmung und den Wortlaut, dem du zugestimmt hast. Wir verknüpfen sie nicht mit deinem Einladungscode, deinen Sitzungen oder deinen Notizen.
Wir nutzen sie nur für gelegentliche Neuigkeiten über Amorlit. Wir verkaufen oder teilen sie nie.
Wir speichern sie, bis du dich abmeldest. Jede Nachricht enthält einen Link zum Abmelden, oder schreib an hello@amorlit.com und wir tragen dich aus.
Grundlage dafür ist deine Einwilligung, die du jederzeit widerrufen kannst.

Dienste, die wir nutzen

Anthropic (USA): die KI, die die Antworten des Coaches schreibt.
Vercel (USA): Hosting der Website.
Upstash (USA): Speicherung von Feedback und der Liste für Neuigkeiten.
Brevo (Frankreich): E-Mail-Versand.

Einige davon sitzen in den USA, deine Daten können also dort verarbeitet werden.

Deine Rechte

Du kannst Auskunft über deine Daten verlangen, sie berichtigen oder löschen lassen und jede Einwilligung widerrufen. Schreib an hello@amorlit.com. Wenn du mit unserem Umgang mit deinen Daten nicht zufrieden bist, kannst du dich bei der Datenschutzaufsichtsbehörde deines Bundeslandes beschweren (im Vereinigten Königreich beim Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk).
